Alex Kadolph

Hi! My name is Alex! I’m so thrilled to be joining The Centered Life. I am eager to get to know you and support you. I am passionate about connecting with people

and engaging in meaningful and thoughtful conversations. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults to discover their identity, sense of self, and achieve their goals. I have a keen interest in working with diverse populations, including culturally diverse clients and LGBTQ+ identifying clients. My hope is to empower my clients to accept themselves for who they are and to discover resiliency!

Like many, I have been challenged by mental health. I strive to give people an environment in which they are free to be their genuine, authentic selves. My hope is to make each client feel seen and heard.

Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, watching TV, exercising, and making memories with my friends and family members.
