Intake Coordinator
Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.
- Lisa Olivera
The stigma which surrounds mental health often paralyzes people from getting the support they need. Once you make that phone call and allow yourself to be vulnerable, you are empowering personal transformation. I believe working on your own mental health is the greatest form of self-care.
My own self-care includes spending time outside. I love the fresh air and can be found on my patio whenever the weather cooperates. My two young kids keep me busy and I enjoy spending time with my family at home, going on walks together, or playing at a park. I also love listening to music and Spotify is constantly playing in the background at my house.
As the intake coordinator at The Centered Life, I will give you the time and attention you deserve to discover who the most fitting clinician is to support you. I strongly believe the journey of your relationship with our organization starts with that first call or email. My goal is to make your intake experience welcoming and as comfortable as possible.
