My counseling approach is grounded in establishing a foundation of trust, empathy, and safety, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I firmly believe in empowering individuals to tap into their own resilience and strengths, guiding them towards personal growth and fulfillment.

Outside of my love for helping others through my clinical work, I find joy in dancing, traveling, and connecting with nature, which further informs my understanding of the human experience. I'm excited to collaborate with you on your journey towards self-discovery and well-being.
