Jennifer Gonzalez

Hi, everyone! My name is Jennifer Gonzalez, and I am very honored to join the amazing team that makes up The Centered life! 

¡Hola, todos! ¡Mi nombré es Jennifer Gonzalez, y es un honor para mí ser parte del increíble equipo que compone The Centered Life!

Being able to speak both Spanish and English has given me the privilege to work with more people seeking mental health support without fear of language barriers. As a member of the Latinx community, I always look forward to the opportunity to de-stigmatize mental health. 

My passion has always been providing proper care to others.  I am eager to collaborate my own knowledge, experience, and skills with my client’s and their families. Success in therapy is a collaborative process! My mission is to empower teens to identify their strengths, goals, and values while helping them move through this often tumultuous time in their lives. 

I help children and teens by teaching them the essential tools of navigating their feelings and giving them space, as they move through their own journey of life. 

My ultimate goal is to create an impactful difference in the lives of my clients and their families that I have the pleasure to work with.

When I am not working, I love to spend quality time with loved ones, travel, go to the gym, or hangout with friends.
